The Living Horse Museum offers you an immersive experience at the heart of the equestrian world. Discover the Great Stables , a majestic place that houses collections of wooden horses, retracing the history and art of riding.
The stalls are a true journey through time, allowing you to discover the evolution of stables and the work of horses over the centuries.

Musée Vivant du Cheval
Chantilly Le Domaine de Chantilly est situé au cœur de 7 800 hectares, au sein de l’une des plus grandes forêts des environs de Paris.
Le château abrite le musée Condé, une collection constituée avec passion par le duc d'Aumale. On y trouve des peintures anciennes exceptionnelles, parmi lesquelles des chefs-d’œuvre de Raphaël, Botticelli, Clouet, Poussin, Watteau, Ingres, Delacroix... Au cœur du château, le Cabinet des Livres conserve 13 000 ouvrages dont 1 500 manuscrits et 500 incunables. Mais le domaine possède avant tout le manuscrit le plus précieux au monde : Les Très Riches Heures du duc de Berry (XVe siècle) !
Le parc est unique par la diversité des jardins qui le composent : le jardin à la française dessiné par André Le Nôtre au XVIIe siècle, le Hameau qui inspira Marie-Antoinette, le jardin anglo-chinois du XVIIIe siècle et le jardin anglais du XIXe siècle.
Les Grandes Écuries, architecture magistrale du XVIIIe siècle, sont parmi les plus belles au monde. À l’intérieur, le musée du Cheval explique le rapport entre l’homme et le cheval tandis que les 30 chevaux et l’équipe de 8 cavalières proposent toute l’année des animations équestres ainsi que des spectacles.
