Oval Room

The Oval Room possesses a unique charm. A blue moiré fabric enhances this beautiful and wonderfully comfortable room. A large mirror and a lovely fireplace complete this exquisite decor.
The expansive vista of the formal French garden unfolds beneath the windows, and in the distance, the town of Craon, its sounds inaudible. A special feature: to reach the bathtub, one must take an elevator that leads to a half-floor, where a lovely marble bathroom awaits. On the same level as the bedroom, there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The Marquise's Room, with its own elevator, takes its name from its perfectly oval shape, which echoes the curves of the château's south façade.

It was once occupied by the Marquise Hélène de Champagné, as well as by previous owners of the château.

The Oval Room is unique in that it has two bathrooms. The first, with a shower, sink, and toilet, is accessible from the bedroom. The second, with a bathtub and sink, is located on the mezzanine level and is accessible by a private elevator that also serves the ground floor.
