Embark on a unique discovery of the Marais Poitevin , also known as the Green Venice . Aboard your boat, "Batai" or "Plate", accompanied by a boatman, set off to discover the preserved nature of the marsh, under the soothing shade of pollarded ash trees.
This experience takes place from the main port , right at the foot of the majestic Saint-Pierre Abbey of Maillezais , an unmissable historical site in the region.

Prices and Visiting Days:

The Maillezais Abbey pier is open every day from Easter to All Saints' Day from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm.
In July and August , opening hours are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm .

Prices for boat trips:
