Opening Dates and Times: Guided tours only. Duration: approximately 50 minutes. From February 1st to March 31st, and from September 1st to November 12th: - Tours at 2:15 pm, 3:30 pm, and 4:45 pm - Open every day except Tuesday. From April 1st to June 30th: - Tours at 2:15 pm, 3:30 pm, 4:45 pm, and 6:00 pm - Open every day except Tuesday. From July 1st to August 31st, open every day: - Mornings: Tours at 10:15 am and 11:30 am, except Sunday mornings - Afternoons: Tours from 2:15 pm to 6:00 pm (last departure). Outside of these dates and times, morning tours are available for groups by reservation. Prices Standard prices: - Adults: €10 - Children aged 6 and over, and students: €6 - Children (under 6): Free - Groups (minimum 15 people): €7 per person - School groups: €4.50 per student Specific prices: - For families: on request - For private visits: possible to organize for groups (mornings, all year round)

Anjony Castle
Tournemire Built by Louis d'Anjony, a companion of Joan of Arc tasked by King Charles VII with protecting the surrounding area, the Anjony keep still stands, intact and proud, a prime example of the small mountain fortresses of the 15th century. Its history was tumultuous in the 15th and 16th centuries, as a veritable vendetta pitted the d'Anjony family against the Tournemire family, their close neighbors and rivals. In the 18th century, a more welcoming and contemporary residential wing was added to the austere medieval structure. The rich interiors are decorated with remarkable 16th-century frescoes and furnishings from various periods in the castle's history.
The residence has been inhabited by the same family since its construction.
