The Château du Clos Lucé , Leonardo da Vinci's residence during the last years of his life, is a unique place where history, art, and nature converge. Opening Hours and Prices:

The Leonardo da Vinci Park is open all year round, every day except December 25th and January 1st, with opening hours adjusted according to the season:

• January: 10am to 6pm
• February - June: 9am to 7pm
• May 1st, 9th, 10th, 11th: 9am-8pm
• July and August: 9am to 8pm
• September and October: 9am to 7pm
• November and December: 9am to 6pm

Entry to the park is free for the coach driver. It is included in the castle entrance fees.

A Park and Inventions:

The Leonardo da Vinci Park is a true journey of discovery , showcasing the creations and inventions of the artist and scientist. As you stroll through the park, you will discover 16 giant interactive machines, 32 translucent canvases illustrating Leonardo's works and sketches, as well as 8 sound installations narrated by the famous actor Jean Piat, immersing you in the world of this master of genius.

A Romantic and Historical Setting:

The park, which covers 6 hectares, harmoniously blends river , bridges , undergrowth and lawns to offer a soothing setting conducive to contemplation. Along the way, a scenographic hall will allow you to discover the breadth of Leonardo da Vinci's knowledge and inventions, notably with a video show projected onto the walls, covering various aspects of his career: from machines to artistic works , including his studies of the human body and nature .

Food and Relaxation:

The park also offers several dining options to fully enjoy the experience:

• L'Auberge du Prieuré: A restaurant located at the back of the park, in a 15th-century priory, offering Renaissance-inspired cuisine, with a varied menu and set menus starting from 20 euros.
• La Table du Moulin: A pergola by the river, open in July and August, offering salads, hot dishes, ice cream and cold drinks.
• The Renaissance Terrace: A tea room and creperie nestled in the Renaissance gardens, ideal for afternoon tea or lunch outdoors, with a breathtaking view of the Château d'Amboise.
