This philosophy is shared with our chef, drawing inspiration from the region, from the Luberon with its exceptional scents, colors, and flavors: Exception through simplicity, goodness, authenticity, and beauty.
Recipes specially created for Les Andéols can be enjoyed in the restaurant, now a dining room, as well as by the pool, under the centuries-old plane tree, or in the guesthouses.
Reservations at the restaurant are per person. Any additional items consumed will be charged on-site.

No two are alike, each a treasure trove of memories. True showcases for an incredible collection of rare and unusual objects. Ten subtle, refined invitations to travel... Ten settings, ten atmospheres... To which are added two spaces for encounters and sharing: the Maison des Saveurs (the restaurant) and the Maison d'Eau (the wellness area).
