Ancien moulin à huile édifié par les moines de l’abbaye de Cîteaux, ce lieu chargé d’histoire a été superbement restauré.
Niché dans un écrin de verdure, loin de l’agitation urbaine, il offre une parenthèse de sérénité.
Le visiteur y retrouve l’authenticité d’une table généreuse aux saveurs d’antan, dans une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante, comme un retour aux sources.
