The Château des Trophées, near Le Mans , is available for exclusive rental: Surrounded by a moat dating back to 1138 and a beautiful French-style garden, this 18th-century residence, a listed Historic Monument (ISMH), overlooks a vast, open, and game-rich 400-hectare forest estate dotted with ponds and crisscrossed by rivers, with 20 km of bridleways and footpaths. Exclusive rental of the château includes: • 12 bedrooms accommodating up to 21 people, 6 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms, lounges, and a dining room. • On the ground floor: large and small lounges, a TV lounge, a dining room (seating 22), and a large kitchen. • On two upper floors: 12 bedrooms, including 6 master bedrooms, and a large games room. • Wheelchair access to the first floor. The period decor and furnishings evoke the memory of a unique and cosmopolitan family life spanning four continents. The entire Trophy Room, of international caliber, is available for rent: • On the ground floor, among trophies from around the world, a large room seating 100, a professional kitchen, two restrooms, and a shower. • On the first floor: a large bedroom with a balcony. Reception Rooms: Trophy Room (seats 100) Seminar Rooms: Trophy Room (seats 100), sound system, motorized projection screen. Catering: Restaurants in Le Mans (25 minutes). The Château is situated in the heart of a beautiful 400-hectare parkland, a protected forest, and features a heated swimming pool. Parking is available for approximately ten vehicles. The Château enjoys complete privacy with no overlooking neighbors.

Its unique architecture will appeal to lovers of historic buildings. The ground-floor living areas feature superb painted ceilings. All the rooms have retained their original, high-quality materials: antique parquet floors, French-style ceilings, fireplaces, and period doors and windows.
After passing through the inner gate you emerge into a courtyard surrounded by old feudal moats, and on the right the "guardhouse".
A large bronze stag guides you to the entrance hall. Large and small living rooms, dining room, kitchen, TV room, chapel. The decor and furnishings have been chosen with the utmost care, a truly excellent blend of tradition and modernity.
