It reveals a few surprises hidden behind the small house: the romantic Saint-Sévère spring that feeds the canal, the statue of Ceres that closes off the north parterre, an icehouse buried beneath the woods, a statue of Saint Joseph by Fernand Py under the trees, the Maison d'Artagnan and the 17th-century fruit orchard, and, near the outbuildings dating from the last century, an elegant windmill dating from 1879 and designed by the architect Bolée.
