The Château de Brie is a fortified house dating from around 1500, typical of the Limousin region. Its imposing square keep is adorned with a majestic staircase made of Limousin granite, culminating in an impressive vaulted ceiling—an exceptional example of the architecture of the period. A small, hidden staircase, carved into the thickness of the wall, leads to a vaulted chamber, nicknamed the "maid's chamber," adding to the castle's mysterious charm.

Champagnac la Rivière

The Château de Brie, a fortified house in the Limousin region, built in 1525, is located on the "Richard the Lionheart Route."

Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, 40 km from Limoges and just 10 km from the Dordogne River, it offers the tranquility of lush greenery within a flower-filled park with ancient trees.
Next to the château, the medieval barn, complete with two turrets, once served as a fortified refuge. It has been converted to offer flexible reception spaces for 40 to 300 people.
