Our history

Viviers is the name of a small village in the Chablis wine region. Its château was built in the 17th century, and its wines acquired an early reputation that earned them a place on royal tables. The vineyard, decimated by phylloxera, was rebuilt by Maison Lupée Cholet starting in 1984. It has since expanded and now includes half a hectare in the Grand Cru Blanchot.
