Our history

A jewel of North Cotentin architecture, built entirely of local stone, Vauville is surrounded by an exceptional botanical garden, listed as a supplementary historical monument in 1992. The gardens cover more than 40,000 square meters. This seaside garden was created in 1947 by Eric and Nicole Pellerin, and later expanded by their children. Today, it contains more than 600 species originating from South Africa, Tasmania, Madeira, and the Canary Islands.
