Our history
The Banyuls vineyard, steeped in over 25 centuries of history, is a true work of art, sculpted and nurtured by countless generations of winemakers. Terres des Templiers, one of the jewels of this terroir, offers a 40-minute guided tour during which, amidst centuries of history and ancestral traditions, you will discover the secrets of crafting and aging the great wines of Banyuls and Collioure. The tour includes a guided visit of the main cellar followed by a tasting of our fine wines from Collioure and Banyuls.

Terres des Templiers , one of the jewels of this region, offers a free guided tour . Between centuries-old history and ancestral traditions, you will discover the secrets of the production and aging of the great wines of Collioure and Banyuls.
The Great Cellar of Terres des Templiers will amaze you!
Following in the footsteps of the Knights Templar, your guide will tell you about this exceptional vineyard and the winemaking and aging methods practiced by our winemakers and cellar master. You will walk among centuries-old vats, as if in the aisle of a pagan cathedral, captivated by the atmosphere and aromas. Then, you will discover the Banyuls wines aged outdoors in countless red-painted barrels, exposed to the blazing sun or the winter winds.
The wines of the Collioure, Banyuls and Banyuls Grand Cru appellations are revealed....
The story told so far will truly come to life when the colors and flavors of our Grands Vins sing in your glass. An introductory tasting of our Collioure reds, rosés, and whites, as well as our Banyuls and Banyuls Grands Crus, will be offered to conclude your visit.
