This elegant 15th-century residence, formerly the captaincy of Lord André de Chauvigny , then owner of Levroux, Saint-Phalier, Rouvres-les-Bois, Sainte-Colombe, Baudres, Bretagne, Bouges and Brion, is nestled in the heart of a peaceful park .
