Our history

Where Louis XVI style meets Chinese inspiration, an elegant folly rises into the sky. Erected in 1775 by the Duke of Choiseul, the Pagoda of Chanteloup offers a unique panorama of the Loire Valley. The gatehouse houses a small museum recounting the history of the now-vanished château, and the crescent-shaped pond invites romantic strolls.
