Our history

Treasures from the tomb of the Princess of Vix, dating from the 6th century BC: a decorated bronze krater, 1.64 meters high and with a capacity of 1100 liters, unique in the world; a parade chariot; a gold torque; jewelry... Exceptional Gallo-Roman collections. The 11th-century Romanesque church of Saint Vorles , site of the miracle of the lactation of Saint Bernard ; a remarkable 16th-century stone Entombment; and the Chapel of Saint Bernard. Remains of the Dukes' castle (12th-14th centuries). The Douix, a Vauclusian-type resurgence, is one of the most beautiful springs in France . Old quarters (17th century).
