Millas Oil Mill

Founded in 1920 , the Millas oil mill became the La Catalane Olive Oil Cooperative in 1941 , perpetuating a thousand-year-old olive oil tradition whose roots go back to Antiquity.

Today, the cooperative is a vibrant and educational space dedicated to promoting olives , olive oil , and their many derivatives. The site offers demonstrations, tastings , and activities open to all , allowing visitors to discover the secrets of Catalan olive growing.

The cooperative's shop welcomes visitors for an immersive discovery of the site , local artisanal products and a tasting of its uniquely flavored oils .
