Exceptional Chateaus & Castles

Our history

2000 marked the 25th anniversary of Le Grenier de Villâtre, 25 years of adventure, 25 years of passion, generosity, and undoubtedly, madness. For Gérard and Sophie Capazza needed a touch of madness to embark on this adventure, rebuilding stone by stone in this small village of Nançay in the heart of the Sologne, a place where everything would be "order and beauty, luxury, calm and pleasure".
