Saint Valentine Church

Happy parishioners of this village: Saint Valentine, it is said, delivered them from the rats that infested their lands, threatening them with famine. Their church has since become a legendary bell tower. For those who, with wonder in their eyes, wander from the Romanesque nave to the Renaissance choir of the building dedicated to the Blessed Protector, whose name now evokes less the calamitous times of the cursed rodents than the blessed season of the happiness of love.
