Our history
Perched on an islet in the middle of a magnificent 6-hectare pond, and connected to the mainland by a simple bridge, the elegant, furnished, and inhabited Château de La Bussière (17th century) is entirely dedicated to fishing and its associated art. An initiatory journey into the world of fish and their symbolism throughout the globe unfolds through rooms steeped in history.
In the kitchen garden (18th century), heritage vegetables, fruits, flowers, and aromatic plants are cultivated using traditional methods.
