Béru Castle

The Château de Béru, a remarkable residence dating from the 12th, Renaissance and 17th centuries, overlooks one of the most beautiful hillsides of Chablis .

This exceptional site houses a rare 15th-century sundial and moon dial, as well as a fortified gate and a 12th-century tower. You can also discover a 13th-century dovecote with 1,500 nesting boxes.

Since 1400, the vineyard of the Counts of Béru has produced wines typical of the Chablis appellation, renowned for their beautiful golden-yellow color with green highlights, their powerful and subtle aromas, and their unique flinty taste. These wines, both elegant and persistent, linger on the palate long after a single sip.
