Our history
In a prestigious setting, nestled in the heart of a park in the Voise Valley, the Château de Baronville, a listed Historic Monument, is a Second Empire masterpiece created by the architect who restored Bagatelle.
This brick and stone château, with its Louis XVI style interior, was built under Napoleon III for the grand receptions of the Marquis d'Aligre, a descendant of the Keepers of the Seals under Louis XIII and Louis XIV, Étienne I and Étienne II d'Aligre.
Beneath 6.5-meter ceilings, a suite of salons bordered by a wide marble gallery with an Italianate colonnade creates a harmonious impression of prestige and simplicity.
The surrounding park is remarkable for its centuries-old trees of various species, its ponds, and its 100 hectares where nature reigns supreme, untouched by visitors or any visible foreign construction, just 65 km from Paris.
Less than an hour from Paris, the Château de Baronville welcomes you for a group visit, a business outing, or to exclusively organize a prestigious and unique event in the warm atmosphere of a family home.
