Our history

Located in southern Burgundy, this abbey, the first daughter house of Cîteaux, is an emblematic site in Cistercian history . Its remarkable 18th-century abbot's palace houses the abbot's apartments, a museum dedicated to the founding family, and a vast park ideal for strolling, all within a setting that is both historic and refined.
