For your individual visit, we recommend that you download the free application "Balades en Bourgogne" to have an audio-guided tour via your phone.
Booking is essential for groups wishing to take a guided tour.
Times
La Grande Forge de Buffon est ouverte chaque année jusqu’au 31 octobre.
- In July and August, open every day continuously from 10am to 6pm.
- Guided tours are offered every afternoon in July and August at 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
- In April, May, June, September and October, open every day except Tuesday from 10am to 12:30pm and from 2:30pm to 6pm.
- Winter closure on Saturday evening, October 31st.
- Visits are self-guided with documentation provided at reception; we recommend downloading the Balades en Bourgogne app (free) to visit the forge with an audio guide.
Last entrance at 5:15pm. Average visit duration: 1 hour.

- Full Price : 8€ (over 18 years old)
- Reduced rate : 6.50€ (pour Large families, job seekers, students, children aged 12 to 18, people with disabilities and their carers, and visitors to the 5 partner sites - see list below - are eligible)
- Free entrance : Less than 12 years old

For groups, please book in advance.
- Group self-guided : 6,50€/pers
- Group guided visit : 8€/pers
For a group of less than 20 people, we charge a flat fee of €160 for the guided tour.
Special rates apply for foreign language groups (English, German, Italian), and the same applies to school groups: reservations required contact.

Reservations are mandatory for groups: €11 per person (flat rate of €220 for a group of less than 20 people).
For individuals:
