Each season brings its own array of fresh produce, which our team prepares and enhances with respect and finesse. In the autumn, savor our fabulous game. Our dishes combine high-quality ingredients sourced from passionate producers and artisans , dedicated to their craft and respectful of their local traditions, for a harmonious blend of flavors . Hôtel Château de Rigny
A mi-chemin entre la capitale de la Bourgogne et de la Franche-Comté, que sont Dijon et Besançon, le château de Rigny, dont les bâtisses datent du XVIIe siècle, est le lieu idéal pour partir à la découverte de ces deux régions.
