The Petit Sivart gîte is an absolutely charming gîte, in the heart of the village of Saint-Marcel de Félines , in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, in the Loire department, between Lyon, Clermont-Ferrand and Saint-Étienne.

This elegant cottage, with a capacity to accommodate 4 people , offers you the opportunity to recharge your batteries near the castle of St Marcel.

During your stay in one of our cottages on the estate, you will enjoy the peace and beauty of the surrounding countryside.

In Saint-Marcel de Félines, many activities are possible: a game of tennis or pétanque, numerous hiking trails at the foot of our accommodations, a visit to the castle and park (during opening periods), a stay during one of our events (concert, theatre, exhibition…), a visit to the village farms.

But don't hesitate to venture around Saint Marcel de Félines to discover our beautiful region: stroll through the charming villages, savor the local flavors, and admire the unspoiled landscapes… Let yourself be carried away by a territory with many facets.

A comfortable and practical cottage

Two bedrooms: each tastefully decorated and equipped with a double bed and two single beds, each with its own bathroom and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Kitchenette: fully equipped with hob, fridge, coffee machine with some pods available.
Living space: A warm living room consisting of a lounge area and a dining area.
Outside: A large terrace to enjoy the sun with its barbecue.
