For a few nights, a weekend, or a week, you can experience the charm of this former mill. It is the perfect place to gather with family or friends who are also staying on the estate (which features a four-person gîte and four guest rooms accommodating 11 people, in the north of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region).
The swimming pool at Domaine des Collinauds, located 200 meters away, is available for a refreshing dip on hot summer days (shared with guests staying in the other holiday rental and the bed-and-breakfast rooms). The group holiday rental comprises the following rooms:

On the ground floor:

A spacious 72 m² living area featuring the restored mill mechanism on the water-wheel side and a large fireplace; an entrance vestibule with a washing machine and toilet; a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances; and a bedroom decorated in terracotta tones, featuring a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite shower room with toilet (accessible to people with reduced mobility);

Upstairs:

A room featuring the colors of flax—a crop long cultivated in the village of Lignières-Sonneville—equipped with one 140cm bed and three 90cm beds, as well as a shower room and toilet;

A hemp-themed room featuring a double bed (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm), with an en-suite shower room and toilet.

Self-contained accommodation, perfect for a peaceful stay, featuring a garden view, a seating area, and a flat-screen TV.

You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a dishwasher. A range cooker and a microwave are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle.

This holiday home features a slide for children. You can go hiking in the surrounding area.
