He died at the Ch\u00e2teau de La Grange on November 29, 1849; she survived him until December 16, 1860. Georges-Washington and \u00c9milie de La Fayette were the parents of Mathilde de La Fayette, who married Maurice <strong>de Pusy<\/strong> , from whom descended Gilbert <strong>de Pusy La Fayette<\/strong> , who married Marie-Louise <strong>Dumas<\/strong> on July 17, 1900, in Vollore.
