Ch\u00e2teau de la Folti\u00e8re<\/strong> is an elegant two-story residence dating from the first half of the 19th century. Ideally situated in the heart of a romantic landscape, it is close to Mont Saint-Michel<\/strong> and the medieval town of Foug\u00e8res<\/strong> . The property's origins date back to the 15th century<\/strong> , and on the site of the current ch\u00e2teau stood a manor house that served as headquarters for the royalist army during the French Revolution<\/strong> .<\/p>\n

The south fa\u00e7ade<\/strong> of the ch\u00e2teau features a central projecting section adorned with pediments, while the north fa\u00e7ade<\/strong> is distinguished by two lateral projecting sections. Inside, five spacious and comfortably furnished bedrooms occupy the first floor. Accessible by a lift and a grand staircase, these bedrooms offer exceptional views of the 20-hectare<\/strong> park. The park boasts 15 remarkable gardens<\/strong> , veritable green treasures that never fail to amaze visitors.<\/p>\n
