Visit arrangements:<\/h3>\n

The nature reserve is not freely accessible<\/strong> ; visits are conducted with a member of the educational team. Tours begin at the Marais Poitevin Nature Areas Centre (next to the church of Saint-Denis-du-Payr\u00e9) at the indicated times, with a screening of the 18-minute film "The 4 Seasons of the Reserve" by Philippe Garguil (Please arrive a little early to purchase tickets). <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

You then return to your vehicle to reach the reserve, 2 km away, and then take a 400-meter boardwalk to access the observatory, which can be visited in all seasons without any special equipment. Along the access path, information panels and sculptures will allow you to discover some of the site's rich biodiversity. Once inside the observatory, further interpretive elements will provide additional information about life in the reserve. For children,<\/strong> an activity booklet is available for children (ages 7-12) to help them discover why birds come to the reserve. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Opening hours and prices for visits:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Saint-Denis-du-Payr\u00e9 Nature Reserve<\/strong> is open according to the following schedule: From March to June<\/strong> : Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.<\/strong> July and August<\/strong> : from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm<\/strong> and from 3 pm to 5 pm (Monday to Friday)<\/strong> . From October to December<\/strong> : Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 am to 12 pm<\/strong> .<\/strong> The reserve is closed during the month of September, on May 1st<\/strong> , as well as on December 24th, 25th, 31st,<\/strong> and January 1st<\/strong> .<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
