Beaumesnil Castle – Cultural Visits<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Ch\u00e2teau de Beaumesnil<\/strong> invites you to discover the elegance of its interiors and the richness of its furnishings. Among the most remarkable rooms, you will visit the "Madame's" apartments, the Grand Salon<\/strong> , and the library<\/strong> , which is one of the ch\u00e2teau's centerpieces. The library is a striking example of 17th-century style, with its grand fireplace, revolving gallery, and majestic royal portrait of Marie de Medici.<\/p>\n

The visit will also allow you to appreciate the Louis XV woodwork<\/strong> and the old paintings<\/strong> that decorate the castle's reception rooms.<\/p>\n

The castle also houses a bookbinding museum<\/strong> , an exceptional collection acquired by Jean F\u00fcrstenberg, a passionate collector. This museum displays antique bookbindings, from the 16th century to the present day, offering a fascinating glimpse into the work of bookbinders throughout the centuries. An introductory video will immerse you in the art of bookbinding and gilding before you discover a selection of works illustrating this craft.<\/p>\n
