In particular, the Seller Member can consult Informations relating to its performance on the Chateaux-France Platform from its user account, and automate the exchange of data flows (from Chateaux-France and to Chateaux-France) and the resulting decision-making process by means of APIs developed for the Site. <\/p><p>Some of this data may be transmitted by SAS ECS to companies in the group to which it belongs. This includes, but is not limited to, companies that directly or indirectly control ECS, are controlled by ECS or are under common control with ECS within the meaning of Articles L. 233-1 et seq. of the French Commercial Code.
