conditions, the terms <strong>&#8220;Chateaux-France&#8221;,<\/strong> <strong>&#8220;we&#8221;,<\/strong> <strong>&#8220;us&#8221;<\/strong> or <strong>&#8220;our&#8221;<\/strong> refer to SAS ECS with whom you are contracting.<\/p><h2><strong>I \u2013 Advertisement service<\/strong><\/h2><p>The Site&#8217;s online advertisement service is published and developed by SAS ECS.<\/p><p>It enables relationships to be formed or connections (\u201c<strong>Connections<\/strong>\u201d) It enables registered users who wish to make reservations for tours, stays, events, as well as purchases of products and any related services (these offers are hereinafter referred to as the \u201d<strong>Services<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p><p>When the Users purchase or make reservations on a regular basis as part of a professional activity, French consumer protection laws do not apply and common French law governing sales between professionals takes precedence.<\/p><p>These Users, private individuals and professionals, are registered on the Site and are collectively referred to below as \u201c<strong>Buyers<\/strong>\u201d or \u201c<strong>Customers<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p><p>The Website allows Buyers to connect with other users registered on the Website. These latter users have previously submitted offers concerning the Services they provide within or in connection with a place for which they are qualified to exclusively promote and solicit offers, as owners, agents, delegates (or any other valid capacity). They are deemed to offer the services and products presented to the public on a regular basis. As such, they act in a professional capacity. They are collectively referred to below as \u201c<strong>Sellers<\/strong>\u201d or <strong>\u201cService Providers\u201d<\/strong>.    <\/p><h2><strong>II \u2013 Independence of Members<\/strong><\/h2><p>Sellers and Buyers are hereinafter jointly referred to as \u201c<strong>Members<\/strong>\u201d. The Site enables the conclusion of sales contracts between sellers and buyers. <\/p><p>Members are solely responsible for deciding whether to proceed with the reservation, booking, purchase, or sale.<\/p><h2><strong>III \u2013 Mandate GIVEN by Members TO the site<\/strong><\/h2><p>Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site by Members constitutes a mandate given to SAS ECS to put Sellers and Buyers in contact with each other and to carry out the transactions carried out on the Site in accordance with the following terms and conditions.<\/p><h2><strong>IV \u2013 Membership Quality &#8211; Mandate Limit<\/strong><\/h2><p>The Site offers online tools that allow seller users to publish, offer, promote, or sell, and buyer users to search for and reserve services or products.<br>Sellers publish and offer services or products to Buyers who search for, reserve, order, or use these services or products.<\/p><p>The Services offered may be accommodations (\u201c<strong>Accommodations<\/strong>\u201d), activities, tours, and venue rentals for events (\u201c<strong>Experiences<\/strong>\u201d), travel services for stays and other services, as well as manufactured or consumer goods and food (collectively referred to as the \u201c<strong>Provider Services<\/strong>\u201d or \u201c<strong>Service<\/strong>\u201d and each Provider Service offering, an \u201c<strong>Advertisement<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p><p>As the provider of the Site, SAS ECS does not own, control, offer or manage the advertisements, the Provider Services or any tourism services. SAS ECS is not a party to contracts entered into directly between Providers and Customers, and SAS ECS is not a real estate agent, travel agency or insurer, nor is it an organizer or retailer of tour packages under Directive (EU) 2015\/2302. Within the strict limits of the matchmaking mandate defined in the previous article, the Site does not act as an agent for any Member.
